Refund Policy

Because prompts are digital goods delivered instantly upon unlock, all sales are generally final.

Exceptions

If you were charged but the prompt did not unlock due to a technical error, we will either restore access or issue a full refund within 7 business days. Contact support@promptstar.in with your order details.

Subscriptions

Subscription charges are non-refundable for the current billing cycle, but you may cancel any time to stop future renewals.
